I’ve worked with realtors for years now, and if there’s one combo I’ve seen consistently turn followers into real leads, it’s this: Instagram + Email.
Let me walk you through how I’d do it, not with ads or funnels, but with personality and content that actually connects.
✨ Start with Instagram:
Your feed is the handshake. It’s how people find you, connect with your vibe, and decide if you’re the agent they’d trust with their biggest decision.
Use posts or stories to share small pieces of value, like “What $500K Gets You in [Your City]” or “3 Mistakes First-Time Sellers Make.”
At the end, instead of a hard sell, say:
“Want the full list of homes? I’ll email it to you. Just DM me your email.”
It’s casual, personal, and it works.

💬 Then Move to Email:
Now that they’ve trusted you with their inbox, keep it warm.
Send the info you promised, but don’t stop there. Follow up in a few days with something helpful! Here are some ideas:
